This is a 2-3 hour comprehensive class including the hormonal changes to make milk, what to expect in your first week, how to detect a "bad latch" and how to encourage a "good latch", nursing positions, pumping, storage of pumped milk, how to deal with engorgement, and more! All clients who book this service, also receive 25% postpartum counselling.
